On the Day of Your Visit

Avoid Visiting Multiple Catteries on the Same Day

We kindly request that you visit only one cattery on the day of your appointment with us. This helps us safeguard the health and wellbeing of our kittens, as young kittens are more vulnerable to germs and viruses that can be carried from other environments. Your cooperation means our kittens can grow and play in a safe, healthy space — and we truly appreciate your understanding in helping us keep them happy and thriving.

Bring Along a Fresh Pair of Socks

We kindly ask that you bring along a fresh pair of socks to change into for hygiene purposes.

What to Expect on Your Visit

Private Viewing Sessions

At our cattery, we believe every meet-and-greet should be a calm and personal experience — for both our kittens and our guests. That’s why we offer private viewing sessions, limited to one group at a time (not exceeding 4 pax).

For visitors with children, we kindly ask that you to keep a close eye on your children - avoid making loud sounds and guide them on gentle interaction with our kittens. This ensures our kittens can interact without feeling startled and overwhelmed, and visitors can enjoy their company in a relaxed, stress-free environment.

You’ll have the space and time to truly connect, observe their personalities, and ask questions, all without distractions. It’s our way of making sure the experience is as comfortable, safe, and memorable as possible for everyone involved.

Introduction to Our Kittens

You’ll meet our kittens in a calm, comfortable setting, where they can be themselves and you can see their unique traits shine through.. Every kitten has their unique personality and traits — and we’re excited to share it with you.

We will first provide a simple introduction of our kittens on their names, where and how they were raised, their unique colours/patterns, and their personalities and quirks.

Then, you can settle down and first let the kittens approach you. This will show you how they are like in a calm state and how they approach new people. Cats, unlike dogs, need some time to get comfortable with new people so avoid rushing towards them and allow them to approach you at their own pace.

We will provide toys such as cat teasers for you to interact and play with the kittens. This will give you a glimpse of how they are like in their play state - they might simply transform from a calm cuddlebug to a burst of energy in a split second!

Understand Your Preferences, Lifestyle and Experience with Cats

During our session, we will have a casual chat to understand more about your preferences on a cat’s personality which best fits your lifestyle.

We’ll also take into account your past experience with cats, your household environment, and any special considerations, such as young children or other pets at home. This helps us recommend kittens whose temperaments, energy levels, and needs align with your daily routine. Our goal is to ensure that both you and your future feline companion can enjoy a harmonious and happy life together. By understanding your lifestyle and expectations, we can make introductions that feel natural, comfortable, and set the foundation for a lasting bond.

Caring for Your Kitten

Depending on your kitten’s age, breed, and personality, their care needs may vary. We’ll guide you through every step — from feeding schedules and nutrition, to grooming routines, and creating a safe, enriching environment at home. You’ll also learn about their vaccination and deworming schedules, as well as tips for helping them settle in during those first few days. Our aim is to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to provide the best possible start for your kitten, so they can grow into a healthy, happy, and well-adjusted companion.

We also have a Kitten Care Tips page that helps to serve as a guidebook as you welcome your new companion home. It covers everything from preparing a safe space and introducing your kitten to your home and other pets, to feeding, grooming, and playtime essentials. Think of it as a handy reference to support you during those first few weeks, ensuring both you and your kitten enjoy a smooth, happy transition together.

What to Expect After Your Visit

Reservation of Your Kitten

Should you find your ideal feline companion on your visit and would like to proceed to reserve your kitten, please inform us as soon as possible to ensure they are not reserved by others. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your kitten, and the remaining 50% balance is required on the day you pick up your kitten.

We understand that you might need some time to cat-proof your house before picking up your kitten so that’s totally fine with us - we would like to take care of your kitten until you are ready to bring her home.

Pet Ownership Course and Transfer of Cat License

If you are a first time pawrent, you are required to complete the online Pet Ownership Course on AVS Pet Animal Licensing System (PALS).

Once completed, please inform us and kindly provide us your details necessary for the Cat License transfer from us to you (we will advise more in detail).

We will then schedule a date and time for you to pick up your kitten.

Picking Up Your Kitten

Before leaving our cattery, we will provide you with a hands-on session which we will equip you with the basic grooming skills and tips needed to take care of your kitten such as cleaning of ears, brushing of teeth, trimming of nails and deworming.
